Alaskaboy is pretty young (19 years old?) if I remember correctly, so I am willing to cut him a little slack. If this was a first post by a new user, I would recommend banning them. I think his question is sincere.
I’m willing to give the thread a shot, but if it doesn’t improve quickly, i’d rather just take it down. Too much potential for bad content.
Good call. Agreed. :thumbup: I keep getting this vibe like it isn’t even Alaskaboy posting this stuff. I smell troll under the bridge… His white supremacist arguments are a little too subtle and socially clever. He also started a thread about cults.
I’ve always wondered if he is who he claimed to be – and others have mentioned it, as well – based on the nature of his posts and the same things you just mentioned. I know very precocious YSAs his age, so he could be genuine, but . . . I’m wiling to let this one go for a bit longer, but I seriously have my doubts about him.
Just to keep in mind, if he is who he says he is, he’s only 18.
I finally checked his e-mail address on Facebook. He appears to be a high school senior living in Anchorage, Alaska. It looks like he really is who he says he is.
Okay. He could be a legit 18 year old who thinks about all this stuff.
