GuestI added a link to Mormon Expression on the home page of our site under “Similar Sites.” Let me know if anyone objects. They’ve actually gotten their podcast project off the ground and produced some episodes. I’m downloading them to listen to now, but the topics seem pretty balanced. I was invited to participate in this project which started at NOM, and had access to their private forum section to discuss details. I really never had time to get involved, already had too much on my plate with this site and others. Anyway, Mormon Expression is run by some decent folks from NOM. They’re a little more on the less-believing side, but I think they are good folk.
I asked them to list us on in their “Friends of Mormon Expression” links, so we are cross-linking to each other’s sites.

GuestI did an interview with them yesterday that should be posted in the next 2 weeks or so. They were fair with me, and quite kind.
I’m ok w/ this too (for now)…but let’s keep tracking. They definitely lean towards the disaffected stuff…but I agree…they are good guys.

GuestSounds good – with attention paid, of course. July 31, 2009 at 11:03 pm #220522Anonymous
GuestI agree we should be wary. While our goals have some overlap, this project will probably wander far from our aims. But if we check them, that’s good. August 1, 2009 at 2:23 pm #220523Anonymous
GuestYeah … I started listening to the podcasts. The panel is 3 ex-mormons and another guy named Tom who seems like an active member but non-believer. I might think of a different place to have the link, not labeled as “Similar Sites.” The podcasts seem good, and are high quality so far. I might list them in the library.

GuestThat is a better place – and the title probably should be changed. -
