GuestI got a question for y’all. How exactly do you keep up on this? I can’t imagine that you all ignore your jobs and just wait for someone to post and then go check it out? Do you subscribe to the forums and wait for an email? It’s like if I don’t look at the website for 2 days I’m completely out of touch – it just moves so quickly.
Any suggestions?

GuestI could use some ideas too, I’m always out of touch. August 4, 2009 at 8:28 pm #220931Anonymous
GuestI’m all ears to hear the best way to handle. I am in the same boat, and while I often browse it if I’m on a conference call, I can’t really keep up throughout the day most days. August 5, 2009 at 1:52 am #220932Anonymous
GuestNow … if you all had enough faith and prayed real hard, then God would miraculously make a way for you to do one more calling. 😈 (should I really joke like that?)There isn’t a simple trick to get it all done. That is why we are recruiting more moderators and dividing up the board. We can all browse other forum sections at our leisure, but we are going to only feel pressure to get one section well-moderated.
We will recruit more people and break it up until it all comes back to a manageable level for each of us. This is a volunteer service. Real life concerns and family have to come first. It is an honor to work with you all on this project, and I learn so much from what we do (and from you guys).

GuestI basically am unavailable from 8-5 CST (with an occasional chance during lunch). I get to work at 7 and spend the hour before work here. I generally stay after work until about 6 – giving me two hours a day. That’s about all I can handle and not neglect my family – but it is WAY less time than I used to spend blogging when I was all over the Bloggernacle. (I rarely comment anywhere else at this point. This is pretty much all I do now, other than my own blog.) -
