Just FYI, he sent me a note asking for his username to be deleted, but to keep his comments up. He is worried that someone might identify him and then it cause problems with his Church repentance process. He sounds like he is actively working on a traditional process within Church government to rejoin the Church some day, and that was his sincere concern. Just remembered to let you guys know why he was deleted. It was on his request and not because of anything that was wrong with his participation here.
Thanks for letting us know, Brian. I wondered. Sailor decided to register again. Zadok = Sailor. He set up a more anonymous email account, and will probably be a little shorter on identifying details. I’m cool with what he is doing. Let me know if anyone objects or has problems. It seemed to me like he was doing good. He was just concerned that someone might recognize him here, and it derail his traditional repentance process. I doubt that would really be a problem, but I honored his concerns. I think it is a good reason to start a new user to keep it anonymous. That is one of the benefits to using the site…a person can have some anonymity and be safe to open up to share thoughts they might feel restricted to in other ways. I see no problems with how he is handling his situation.
