Does anyone know anything about the book: “In Heaven as it is on Earth: Joseph Smith & the Early Mormon Conquest of Death”? Or, the Author: Samuel Morris Brown?
Has anyone read it yet?
Do you recommend it?

I haven’t read the book, but I’ve heard good things about it. I know the author only through blogging. I like, generally, what he writes. I don’t always agree, but I think he’s highly intelligent and a really good guy.
I knew the author when I was younger, and I’ll say this: Sam Brown is the smartest person I’ve ever met. He is a rare genius. He could excel in any chosen field, and in fact he has. I’ve not read his book yet (it’s on my wishlist at Amazon), though.
