Didn’t see a lot of posts on General Conference talks this time around.

Can anyone hit some of the highlights? I only saw the start of JRH’s talk where he told everyone they were special for receiving persecution, and I’m listening to Uchdortf’s talk on gratitude. Any suggestions for talks that might represent deposits into our emotional bank account and not withdrawals?

This thread has a lot of the better (and worse) talks highlighted:

Saw none of it. What were the best two/three talks?

I really liked Elder Hallstrom’s talk in Priesthood Session. I only saw two sessions, but that was my favorite talk from those two.

I liked Uchtdorf on Saturday and Monson on Sunday morning. I really liked all the FP talks this time – fairly basic stuff.

    I liked E Zwick’s words on empathy.

Here’s a recap I did, although it is purely for entertainment. http://www.wheatandtares.org/14040/conference-report-in-tweets-gifs/

Hahaha, that’s beautifully funny while also poignantly painful.
