Someone registered with the username “Bob” but wrote this in their justification text: “I have an existing account but I’m unable to access it. The email for this other account is rbcooper. Can you fix the problem. Thanks”
Just wanted to let you all know that I emailed that person to ask them additional information to clarify their request. I’ll take care of this one. I will delete his existing new registration request. We prefer that people not register multiple accounts.
Thanks – I was just going to ask about that one. Great save Brian. This might be Coop – the person about whom I just asked in another post in this section. Will you check the IP addresses on the two accounts?
Super busy today. I don’t think Coop = Bob, but i’ll try to check more later. Even if Coop is the same, you guys are already taking care of that problem. I did not hear back via email, so I’m just going to wait and see if they ever respond. If not, will just let it drop.
