Interesting. I tried to look at the symbols I liked, then see what religion they linked to.
Hard to beat a ram carrying a flag. After looking it up, a lamb of god carrying the flag of victory – I’m not too big on the theme of conquering, it can be misinterpreted. The Soka Gakkai International symbol was pretty cool too, reminded me of a spirograph. The wheel of righteousness stood out to me the most, it’s kind of like a ship’s wheel.
I’m not sure how I feel about ours. It certainly does set us apart from the others but it doesn’t have a very christian theme to it. I guess we have to steer clear of the cross and be unique at the same time.
Interesting. Fwiw, Soka Gakkai is a Japan-based religion that is extremely conservative. Seriously, it makes the LDS Church look radically liberal in some ways. I saw it firsthand on my mission.
