    I told my wife after General Conference that if Elder Causse wasn’t called as an apostle, since Elder Stvenson was, I hoped Elder Causse would be called as the new Presiding Bishop.

    I am ecstatic today.

    He is my favorite GA after Pres. Uchtdorf.

    I like him, too. I was hoping he was on the short list to be an apostle but since that didn’t happen, his current position or presidency of the Seventy certainly suit him. As presiding bishop I think we get to hear from him more regularly – about every third GC I think.

    I personally did not know much about this Elder. Looking at any conference addressed I could find this came up to possibly be the only one. For those that are interested I really enjoyed reading https://www.lds.org/general-conference/2015/04/is-it-still-wonderful-to-you?lang=eng
