Congratulations Grandpa! A second “Welcome to the Club” Congrats. Congrats. I’m sure that day is not in the far distant future for me, and I’m not sure I’m ready for it. My own grandma was actually a great grandma at my age, so I can’t complain. Congrats Ray! Congratulations. You’re going to LOVE it. The main reason, at the end of the day, they go back to the parents.
I heard someone congratulating a new grandparent the other day. He said his father always said, “Grandkids are the reward you get for not killing your kids!” 
Great news! I never thought about gestation being prep time for the extended family, but it is. I bet your wife is pretty excited. My wife is a few years older than me. On her 60th Birthday, while still in bed, she turned to me and I let out a loud “Wow”! She asked what that was all about, and I said “There is a 60 year old women in bed with me!” 😆 Sheldon wrote:My wife is a few years older than me. That sounds like something Sheldon would tactfully say. So have you written a book on how to woo women? I thought not.I wish you all a wonderful experience. My grandparents were the lodestar of my life. Mazel Tov! Awesome news, Ray! Congrats! Thanks, everyone.
