Garment Survey email

I just got this email today…thought it was interesting.

The Correlation Research Division of the Church is conducting an authorized study of new garment styles, patterns, and fabrics for the Materials Management Department. Your stake has been selected to participate in this study. 

You have been selected as a potential participant in a group of members who will have the opportunity to test potential new garment designs, patterns, and fabrics and give feedback about your experience. Over the next year or so, those who join this panel will periodically receive (via mail or parcel delivery) two new pairs of updated garments, wear and launder them for a week, and give feedback through an online survey. 

Those who are willing to wear the test garments and offer their feedback will be sharing important information that will help members around the world.  

If you would like to be a member of this research panel for up to two years, we will need you to fill out a survey to help us collect some important information that will help in our selection of potential participants. Please note that completing this survey does not confirm you as a participant in this research. If you are selected to participate, you will be contacted via email with more information. 

When taking the survey, please be prepared to answer questions about the materials (fabrics) and sizes for garments that you currently wear (including the different garments that you might wear at different times of the year). You will also need a measuring tape or something similar to provide body measurements in inches for chest, hip, inseam, etc. (instructions for doing this are included in the survey).
