There is a post waiting for approval we will have to monitor closely if we approve it, since it is about divorce mediation focused on a baptism scheduling mediation issue. I tried to think of a way to respond without taking a side, since there is not enough information to know exactly why this is an issue, but I am not seeing a way to do so without being blunt. My blunt response would be that it appears to have nothing to do with the Church and everything to do with a bitter divorce, for reasons not mentioned in the post.
Yes, for your reasoning I wasn’t inclined to approve. Not sure what could be said or done here but maybe they just need to vent.
Sorry guys, I did approve and respond before seeing this. I also made a point to stipulate for the lurkers that the church doesn’t charge any money for ordinances.
Most people that post their first time never return to follow-up. We’ll see if this is any different.
