It reminds me of a good friend that was in my mission and got sent to the same mission. He was assigned to a very small town. His new Sr. companion had already been in the town a while. It was so small that the bus system didn’t even go there. So he got picked up by his Sr. comp and as they approach town in the mission car they were pulled over for no reason. The police started getting a bit harsh on them and the Sr. started backtalking big time. In a few seconds they were legs spread with their faces against the car and in handcuffs. They searched the trunk and said they found drugs. Then one of the officers got in the new missionaries face and said, “Welcome to Podunk, I am the ward mission leader. Glad to have you here!” Quite funny.
