GuestMy apologies, I accidentally deleted the “how many are leaving” thread while trying to move it. I have PM’ed Rob and apologized as well and invited him to restart the topic if he desires. September 4, 2015 at 5:21 pm #303977Anonymous
GuestI’d almost recommend finding an old thread in the archives and telling him to resurrect it with a current comment instead of posting that new thread. Point him to things like:
http://forum.staylds.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5541&p=75916&hilit=statistics+leaving#p75916 ” class=”bbcode_url”> http://forum.staylds.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5541&p=75916&hilit=statistics+leaving#p75916 September 4, 2015 at 5:33 pm #303976Anonymous
GuestTruth is I don’t feel especially bad about deleting it. While it was a discussion piece, I’m not really sure what it contributed directly to Staying LDS. I liked the comments about not pushing people out but that really wasn’t the question in the OP. September 4, 2015 at 6:17 pm #303978Anonymous
GuestYa…looks like he reposted it…along with 2 other thread topics embedded. I’m not sure it my response to him was too harsh, or too defensive. I am just not sure what he getting at other than random thoughts and musings about hypotheticals.

GuestThat seems to be his hallmark. I still haven’t decided whether or not he’s a troll. He does offer some good insight sometimes, but he also stirs the pot when it doesn’t need stirring. He says he wants to come back, but has some kind of apparently self imposed timeline for doing so, which is years from now. He also seems to have quite a bit of knowledge about how things really work but seems to play dumb sometimes. September 4, 2015 at 8:29 pm #303980Anonymous
GuestJust FYI -He is my favorite right now. Shhh, don’t tell. September 5, 2015 at 12:31 am #303981Anonymous
GuestI like much of his commentary, even though I also question his motives. I hqve deleted a thread accidentally in the past. It happens. Brian, if you are reading this, can a deleted thread be restored?
