    We haven’t discussed this event here. I have thoughts and feelings on it, but I am not sure I am ready to discuss them. However, the linked article taught me a lesson I needed. I am a lover of the present Pope. I love the down to earthness of him, I love watching him eat with common people, touch the sick/scary/diseased man, I love his invitations to include all in his faith. What I had never considered was the possibility that others, outside of my religion, would be attracted to the words of my religious leaders as I have been to Pope Francis. This article taught me that.

    Thanks for posting this.

    We can get myopic when it comes to our own religion and how others view our leaders. It isn’t as negative as a faith crisis can make it seem.
