    Yep — I’m all about the personality testing. A ton of people I know have done them, my entire family, the people in musical groups. They aren’t foolproof, but they allow you to predict behavior with greater accuracy than without them, particularly after you recognize how the specific trait manifests itself in each person.

    And there I rest. That’s me. Seem to enjoy life much more without the demands of church on me. It doesn’t mean I’m benchwarming either — I’m busy in many other capacities, many service oriented — but it’s on my own terms. I think these people had it right.

    And the people who are happier at church than not at church, they are right too — for them.
