GuestFor those who don’t know – I have moved my podcast to my own webspace. http://MormonDiscussionPodcast.orghttp://MormonDiscussionPodcast.org” class=”bbcode_url”> I could use some help. Please take a look at it. What do you like? What don’t you like? What resources am I missing that are helpful to one struggling?
Are there other books that I should link to? Are there other pages I should have?
All feed back Positive & Negative is welcome and useful.

GuestI looked it over. It’s very clean yet information packed. I liked the pictures of the books, and the news on the front page. I felt there was a good blend of visual and text-based content that was engaging, and provided me with a lot of places to engage in a single look. I didn’t know how to take the premium subscriber features and the fact that it seems to be for-profit. Perhaps I’m naive as I only post here on StayLDS which works on a donation model rather than a subscription model. Or perhaps I’m steeped in church culture which frowns on people making money on churchy things. If it was clear the money was only to support the expenses of the site it might be better. I didn’t go looking for that information, so it might be there. If you think this is an issue for others, you might consider making it hit you between the eyes that the subscription and fees are for the site maintenance and costs and that you’re not doing it for profit.
Did you use Weebly to design the site? I have designed a few websites myself that integrate a lot of the features you have (payment processing, etcetera). Just curious. The social media icons at the top right appear very weebly-ish.

I am in the process of becoming a 501C3 and the podcast is and will be officially a “non profit” but that doesn’t mean it won’t make money. Only that the money will not be for me but rather for furthering the podcasts reach and improving itself. I hear you though. Once the 501C3 is complete I will put Something on the page to explain. This was created using a bunch of wordpress plugins and the theme is this –

GuestDB – I love the new format/website. Very professional. I am taking a step back in bloggernacling, podcasting and the such. I can barely breathe right now. When I am ready to return I will definitely sign up. You are a huge helpful anchor in a storm. I know you take some personal hits from it. I thank you for your work. It really helps. Thank you.
