I had another thought regarding this announcement. Usually we don’t know who is who among the Q12. They each have assignments such as correlation and public relations but it’s generally almost secret as to who has which assignment. From that point of view, making an announcement such as this is a step toward more openness. Why should it be a secret which apostle is head of PR? (Last I knew it was DTC.) I am left wondering what influence DFU himself had on this announcement.
