Does it matter if it’s true?

Thanks for all the insight! I love hearing everyone’s opinions on this. For the record, my kids do not actually exist yet 😆 I just am thinking about all this way in advance so that I will (hopefully) feel more like I know what I want to teach them when they do come. Sometimes I think the things I like most about the church are the general Christian values, and it makes me wonder if it even matters what church I belong to.

Then there’s also a long list of pro’s and con’s that I weigh because I want to believe that we have eternal families, but I don’t want to (and don’t at all) believe in polygamy. It almost seems like if it was true I would be able to accept and believe in all of it, not just parts of it. I think it does matter to me if it’s true. Maybe what I’m unsure about is how much it matters and what that means to my life.
