I’m not sure about it, hence wanted input before we approve. Some of my apprehension has to do with disagreement with the premise – he’s not going to get “turned gay” if he’s not already (although I do recognize it is a a spectrum and there are times when sexual satisfaction are mitigating circumstances). I’m also not sure how we’re supposed to help and how it relates to StayingLDS. But that’s all just my opinion. I approved it and wrote a carefully worded response. I say we see where it goes and make a determination at that point.
Yeah, I was a bit unsure about this one as well. Worth watching. There’s a bit of mental health issue happening there, and I feel that we are often ill-equipped to address these things. Turns out he hasn’t logged in again since the day after his post. I know that’s not a huge long time at this point but the general pattern of people who do that don’t seem to really come back. I’m not sure he heard what he wanted to hear.
