Good read. I wish this was preached over the pulpit too.

Both my parent ardently believe Global Warming is a hoax, because God said there would always be more than enough for everybody (I forget which scripture they misinterpreted). Here’s hoping the Church will take a more active role.

I like the Church’s response to the issue of the Earth having enough and to spare. It is extremely well-worded, and it recognizes too many members use that verse badly.
