I agree Doug. I am an agnostic, …and I’m a believing Mormon! I may not believe everything the same way that other members do — but no two people see everything the exact same way anyway. I believe what I see as truth, or leading to truth. And to me that’s as Mormon as you can get.

At the same time I think we need to be humble about our individual perspective – and realize that our impressions and conclusions of today may not equal our impressions and conclusions tomorrow. We are all mortal after all, and mortal understanding is always imperfect.

Anyway I guess my biggest struggle is dating girls and trying to find an LDS girl who thinks the way I do. I’m trying to figure this out and would love some insight and/or suggestions if anyone has any. Thanks in advance.

Piece of cake. Just check out John Dehlin’s list of friends on Facebook. It may take you a couple of weeks to sift, but it’s much better and easier than any other idea I can think of. As soon as you identify a few potential young lady friends and tap into their networks, I’m sure the field will open wide for you.

I’d like to meet a nice LDS lady, but so many of them are unavailable (i.e. married or on a mission!) Where can I find myself a beautiful Boho Mormon, who can both put up with me, and find me physically attractive?! And living in my part of the world? (Which is not in North America – I won’t say exactly where for privacy reasons)

Based on your picture here, I’m not sure that’s going to happen. :P ;)

I’m not actually that hairy… :D Or at least not Sean Connery (or those 1980s actors with the rugs on their chests)
