My general dating advice is to take it slow and let it happen naturally.

You have a lot to offer a member of the opposite gender. That for me was the hardest thing to keep in mind as every dating experience that didn’t lead to marriage felt like rejection.

I once heard from John Bytheway, “The wrong one is the right one to lead you to the best one.” I remember a female return missionary visiting our YSA ward. She sought me out and basically asked me on a date. It felt like a revelation to me to discover that female return missionaries could have romantic interest in me. They had always seemed somewhat unattainable before. It didn’t work out between us but I am still thankful to this woman for helping me to expand my dating horizons. This helped me later to have the confidence to make the first move with the young woman that later became my wife.

I am NOT saying to date an RM. I AM saying to never sell yourself short and to let the relationship happen naturally. There is no rush. For all the pressure we put on people to get married and have children young, statistically marriages are more stable and happier when the spouses are older (late 20’s to early 30’s appears to be the sweet spot).

Sounds like you are doing great. Keep up the good work.
