    The story from a few gen conferences ago about the two Mormon children found alive in the Haiti earthquake made ask a similar question. What about the other 1000s of people who died?

    Same thing with the Titanic story.

    Although, I wonder, is the point of these stories to be grateful for tender mercies such as being spared? I don’t know…
