I am beginning to gather a selection of LDS talks on Christ and on Christian discipleship as a go-to collection for my studies. Suggestions? (NB I’d prefer to have talks that focus on Christ, and avoid discussing the many “appendages” to the Gospel of Christ that we Mormons have attached (marriage, WoW, tithing, etc.)
I’ll look for some for you. I’ll let you know when I find any. Almost anything by Pres. Uchtdorf and Elder Wirthlin. Neal Maxwell also had some good ones on Christ. Truman Madsen, he gave some great ones at Women’s conference. Brad Wilcox – his Grace is suffcient Dale Sturn – Faith is a decision

I was humbled by the youtube version of Elder Holland’s Easter talk on the savior from a few years back. Here’s a list of influential talks, often about LDS discipleship. Some are middle of the road and some aren’t. Hope it’s helpful. 🙂
