Good point. I also wanted to update on how this is going. As u know I looked at the breakthrough with a healthy skepticism. After I broke through the wall of depression I returned to normal. I went about my business as normal without having to exert Amy effort on living now. I see the mental exertion as something I have to do as a remedial measure. Something a person must do when entering the downward spiral or when you find yourself in depression. Its not a day to day thing for me. I hope that tool is still useful if the downward spiral happens again.
