Saw you on the Oregon state news tonight…first time I’ve been proud to be Mormon in a long time. Thank you and wish I could have been there. “Sorry we are late.”
I have seen these around the country. They make me proud to be a Mormon too. My sister marched in one, and to her surprise, got a very positive response from almost everyone among her family and friends. Gay Pride? If so, that’ great, better than looking like backwoods barbarians all the time…
To clarify, the ones I have seen have been members of the church turning out to show support for the gay community. Some signs and marchers support gay marriage, some don’t.
