Seeing that I’m one who doesn’t believe God meddles in our lives, I’d say not, Shawn. I feel similarly in that I don’t believe in miracles as I once did, and I once did believe God was involved in our everyday lives and helped us find our car keys. I suppose this is what could be referred to as “hard hearted” or “stiff necked” but indeed that’s how I now feel when people talk about miracles or when I look back on some things I once believed. I do believe that God is merciful, however, and I believe grace plays a much bigger role than the average Mormon probably thinks it does.
