Do to future employment (not with the LDS Church), I need to change my username. I just want everyone to understand that the change has NOTHING to do with confidentiality, in any way, relative to the Church itself.

As Nibs said in another thread, I hope the company your dealing with is not one of the internet gods (Google, NSA, Facebook, Twitter). They’re omnipotent, omnipresent, always watching, always judging… Best of luck with your career.
This is down the road quite a while. It is a new career path entirely, and generalized online anonymity is important. I know I can’t be hidden from someone who is tech savvy and dedicated to finding me online, but I just need to take basic steps. Beginning to use a pseudonym here, long before it becomes absolutely necessary, is one of those steps. I laughed, in a good way, when I saw it because you tend to counterbalance negativity on this site. The idea of it having the word “Sunshine” in it seemed appropriate. Perhaps my name should be “Silent Longshadow”. I wondered who Old Timer was! Thanks for the update!
