Yes, my wife knows, as do all of my children. She supports my extensive time here over the last 7-8 years, because she knows why I participate and some of the good it has done for people. I sometimes read messages of thanks from people who post here, and she appreciates those messages greatly – since it gives her comfort accepting the amount of time I spend here.
People at church know generally, although not the specific forum name, since I talk about what I do openly and quite regularly.
