Interesting I saw an article on cnn.com (here) about Polyamory (and not even any references to Mormons  ).

    Quote:

The most common relationship dynamic in polyamory begins with a couple, married or unmarried, who might identify as straight, homosexual or bisexual and branches out to relationships with others — sometimes referred to as “metamors” or “polycules.”

Think this will become big enough the church will take a stand against this?

Or at least say, “I told you this would happen when you mess with the traditional family”.

Frankly, I think it’s already as common as temple sealing, numerically, and probably as common (or nearly) as homosexuality alone (when bisexuality is considered as a separate category). Seriously, I think it is far more common than most people realize who aren’t into demographic studies of relationship structures.

We lose sight of that fact that Mormons are a small minority, overall, and an even smaller minority when it comes to active, temple-sealed members.

If you’ve followed any of my quotes on this forum you’ll know that I am grinning about this article. :)

    Thanks for sharing. ;)
