Just wanted to say thank you to the moderators and participants of this site. I have also hung around a few other sites that seem to have similar missions as a support group but I like this one the best so far. The moderators do a great job to help keep the discussions productive and respectfully correct any comments that divert from the sites mission. I have seen some nasty arguments break out in other boards that I just haven’t seen here. There is a healthy diversity here though we all have somewhat similar stories and struggles. I think all of these things and the sincere desire of the members to support each other has created a safe environment with a spirit of acceptance and encouragement. Thank you. I agree. It’s nice to have a forum with the same kind of friendly, nonadversarial atmosphere that we have in our Sunday School, priesthood, and RS meetings. The worst moments here are relatively mild. I agree that it’s the best LDS support group online. I have to agree that this is the best of the best also. I had commented to my daughter recently how this site manages to keep all anti stuff at bay seamlessly and how the conversation is always respectful even though we might strongly disagree. And there’s no spam to boot! Well done guys and gals! This forum has kept me from a lot of anger. The moderators do an amazing job! It has been really good to come on here and chat with people who have similar goals regarding the church.
