Managing him is a great description.

I am okay continuing to manage him if he doesn’t get judgmental and condemning again. The war post bothers me, but we have had worse discussions that didn’t get moderated officially.

I actually like the push back he is getting and think it can be good for those who simply read.

Having said all of that, if it gets overwhelming I have no problem shutting him down officially.

I totally agree DJ. I have employees that do the same.

Yes, I too am ok continuing to manage him. I am glad that we have a moderation team and that dealing with these kinds of issues does not fall to just one person.
