    A belated welcome Matt.

    I loved your intro. Especially the monk referenced. The idea that we are on a personal journey remains important to me. I don’t want a dictated life or belief system. Some may feel they have that in mormonism, which is fine if that’s what they want.

    On the other hand I’m reaching a point where I feel I can have a personalised belief and interaction with God and to accept that aspects of mormonism offer a good vehicle for approaching Him a lot of the time.

    I know I sound like his publicist… But strongly recommend The God Who Weeps. It’s has been a great way for me to re-engage with God and life’s purpose having been hung up for months on history of church organisation.
