I mentioned my struggles with the recent policy change in my previous thread that was more focused on reaching out to local members. But I’m also interested how people who are already essentially nonbelievers in the traditional way really do reconcile their continued staying in the church with this discriminatory policy. I’m actually still trying to remain active and involved, since I’ve been finding a good approach to many other aspects of church and do find much good in the church. But this issue is just so…. different and plain wrong that I’m not sure there really is another approach besides it plainly being wrong… sara – read through the recent threads lots of discussion is happening about the policy and members on here’s approach.
