Just so you know, we got mentioned in a current thread on FMH. The original commenter typed StayLDS.org, and another one corrected it to StayLDS.com – with a mention that the other site is an anti-Mormon site. One of the commenters mentioned how we hash through things in a positive manner, and another one dismissed it as “lowering expectations”. I’m not going to comment directly on that thread, but I am going to send the admins there a post to consider about expectations.
Now if only we could raise $2,000+ or so … we could probably file a complaint through ICANN to get the .org domain. The filing fee alone is like $1,500. I still mean to just call that guy someday and find out his beef. I don’t think he really understands what we are doing, and I believe probably is taking out something against us as a proxy. He was involved a few years ago against FAIR and some type of domain dispute. It seems someone at FAIR did a mocking domain against the Utah Lighthouse Ministry.
