Living with God as his spirit children must have been pretty overwhelming influence on us. He being all mighty, magnificent, etc. But he was also benevolent. We obviously have very little info about the preexistence but we know we were able to make at least one significant decision, and that was whether to become dramatically more free than we had ever known, or to have a clean and tidy mortality were Lucifer as our Big Brother would always be looking over our shoulder and dictate to us what we would and wouldn’t do.
I guess I just don’t see where there is any problem of free agency with the story about the preexistence, or the story of Adam and Eve opting to eat of the forbidden fruit.
I posted a PR lesson on Free Agency & Obedience I gave last Sunday. Itmight have some interest to readers of this thread.
