JS seemed to make the case that decisions made from HC deliberations were revelations. Unfortunately, making decisions by committee is exactly how most Christian churches self govern. It makes it difficult to say that our committees produce policy decisions that are revelation while theirs do not. Is the landscape devoid of revelation or so awash in it that it becomes difficult to distinguish? Like fish swimming in water?
