I agree about reaching out to newcomers. I realize some people get really nervous or shy talking to new people, but when it’s important, we all do…like in work, or business transactions. Maybe if friendliness was regularly encouraged & talked about…including how friendliness has helped people feel welcome, then people wouldn’t let anything keep them from talking to people they don’t regularly talk to. The ward would then be more united & stronger.
