GuestHello everyone, I recently joined the forum. I’d rather stay anonymous, at least right now. I was raised in the church, and baptized when I was 8. I’ve had some struggles along the way, but everyone has, and everyone’s are different. I’ve always believed that how you react to adversity really shows your strength. I’m here, because I feel this a place where I won’t feel judged, and can help other people in their struggles. I look forward to all of us getting to know each other.

Guestwelcome. Anonymity is a good thing — I certainly do not reveal my ‘realname’ here or anywhere else, not so much to avoid reproach, but rather, I have learned that anonymity is a spiritual foundation, ever reminding me to place principles before personalities.
So you can stay anonymous, but it’s also helpful to know your story and your beliefs. Currently, we’re going to explore how we feel about the temple recommend interview quesitons, please contribute there what you believe if you feel comfortable.

GuestI’m with you on the anonymous thing. I would never let anyone know my real name is Lionel Ritchie and that I’m a Mormon with faith issues (just kidding, there was a rumour years ago in the 80’s that he was LDS). July 4, 2012 at 3:39 am #254898Anonymous

Until everyone heard that his wife divorced him for cheating on her (which I didn’t bother to verify, so I don’t know if it was true or not). Not surprisingly, the rumor that he was LDS died quickly.
😳 Welcome. I hope this is the place.

GuestHi Jellyfish  You’re gonna love these waters.

PS Maybe anonymity is the great equalizer, like the white clothes we wear in the temple. Here, every traveler is equally worthy and every journey is equally sacred and powerful in terms of what we can learn on our trek toward the Divine.

GuestHello Jellyfish, I like anonymous too. This is a good place to stay that way if you want.
Welcome.
